Un appelke vur d'n dorst has 13.8% of apple juice in it. Must be finest for the foam cause there was realy no way to get any foam in the glas that lasted more then 30 sec. Nice orangebrown colour though and only litle (fine)haze. Smell is alcoholic aple juice with litle (lost)maltaromes and yeastspice in it. Taste is overtime and oxidised brown sweet aples followed by some malt and alcohol before getting bitter. Not my brew.
