This is an odd duck beer, described as Mojito inspired with blackberries, mint, lime and cilantro.
Pours a lavender brown, slightly hazy with a film head. Smell is lime and vaguely fruity with a touch of funk. Taste is very good. Feels thin at first but then i came to realize it is just a subtle version of something i expected to hit me with flavor. That subtlety works in its flavor. Up front it co.es across as slightly funky herbal blackberry but the smooth mint and lime come in with the finish to round it off to a well balanced profile. Feel is crisp and lightly sweet. This is just a great experiment and probably speaks well to the potential from this tiny brewhouse.
