Canned 8.10, opened 11.28
Received in bif14 from @snaotheus
Brewers Notes: This rocketship carries a massive payload of passionfruit, orange, and guava aboard a German-style wheat beer made sour by our house sourdough culture. Pog it up!
this rocketship is loaded with a massive payload of passion fruit, orange, and guava. POG it up!
Poured in a snifter, produces a Two finger fluffy white foam cap , over a hazy yellow liquid. Settles to a frothy ring with islands , yellow (fruit?) sediment at the bottom of the glass
Aroma is Guava, passion fruit, orange juice. i know the label states POG, but Guava aroma is very forward
Taste is tart guava, passion fruit, orange juice.
Sudsy mouthfeel, tart, crisp, quenching, dry finish
good beer, thanks @snaotheus
