Cocktail inspired sour ale brewed with meyer lemon and cocktail inspired botanicals. This cocktail-inspired sour ale is a ballad of Meyer lemon and botanicals reminiscent of a fine gin played over our stronger house sour base
Poured into a trillium lineage series footed glass produces a two finger foamy, bubbly white foam cap. Over a hazy yellow is liquid, settles to a rollicking layer of foam fun
Aroma is tart, lemony, and something else…pineapple?
Taste is mildly tart , lemony Berliner Weiss type beer
Mouthfeel is low sudsing , quenching, dry finish , soft, smooth
Interesting beer, would probably better served in the summer time as an alternative to lemonade
Interesting beer, thanks @snaotheus for letting me try this one
