Pours a cloudy golden straw with a finger and a half of foamy head that slowly settles to a thin cap with some lacing. Mostly citrus aroma. Taste follows nose.

Pours a clear amber with plenty of foam in the Stella Artois goblet. Lush and sudsy on the tongue with a sharp edge. Aroma is fruit and onions with a horsey note. This is just quite weird with hop flavor cranked up to 11. Not so overly bitter, though. Tastes of peach, old red wine, orange marmalade, and mango liqueur. with an earthy finish.

Hops are listed at Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic. Seems like the dopey, oniony, and catty notes all combine here. Still, it's quite sippable as a whacky blast of hops mellowed by the sweet malt. From the 16 oz can purchased at The Cave in Kirkland. Dated 23 Nov 2021.
