This "Top Secret IPA" is a collaboration with Yakima Chief Hops. There is some haze on the amber brew but I wouldn't call it a NEIPA. Still, it's quite sharp and juicy tasting, just not to the extreme. Aromatic with melon and lemon rind, with something in the onion family.
I call this interesting and aromatic, moderately bitter, and sippable enough. Rather acidic, but rewarding with the fruit and vegetable flavors that defy easy categorization. That's all you need to know. From the 16 oz can purchased "somewhere" in the PNW. Not dated, or course, but the uninformative Facebook post for this brew was Feb. 15.
