This IPA features wet Goschie Farms Strata, Sodbuster Farms Simcoe, and Haas Yakima Golding Farm Sabro, with Roy Farms Harvest Fresh Strata pellets, and Van Horn Farms Cascade & Wenas Hop Company Centennial Fresh AF pellets.

With notes of pineapple, grapefruit peel, mango, and lemon, it's bright and punchy start to Fresh Hop season.

Can from Uptown Market.

A mildly hazy light orange with a dense off-white head with excellent retention and lacing. The nose is saturated with fresh Strata, fruity and ripe, with passionfruit, guava, citrus and a hint of coconut. Waves of citrus and light pine follow. The palate opens pungent and clean, bright, ripe, bitter, with fruit, a little melon, citrus. Soft fresh hop depth complement the bright flavors, lending a dank undercurrent. Drying, bitter, clean finish. Excellent.
