Handsome yellow brew with tall pile of foam in the snifter. Plentiful suds in the mouth and a light body, but not watery. Some aroma of grain and a hint of floral hops in the nose, but I think of pencil shavings. This is more of the American Wheat taste than the German. Bread and alfalfa. Quite dry all the way through, with a grainy aftertaste and a touch of bitterness. This is not very appealing. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Not dated.
