Five hops for five years! This IPA showcases some our favorite modern IPA flavors, alongside a just-slightly-nostalgic feeling of West Coast IPA. Cheers to five more!

Look: Clear light orange on the pour which yields a frothy white head that rises and slowly puckers away to a pillow, leaving great lacing behind
Aroma: Blueberries, white and pink grapefruit, white table grapes, Cannabis, pine, passionfruit, lychee/sweet rose, and bready malt. This smells awesome
Taste: Opens up with a punch of pithy grapefruit flesh and pine that hit hard and quickly followed by blueberries and white grapes that mix in and deepen. Passionfruit, lychee, and both fruity and skunky Cannabis shine in the middle as malt clearly stays in the background and closes with the return of resinous pine needles and grapefruit, along with a nice bite
Mouthfeel: Full, lightly slick, clean, medium-high carbonation, and light to medium dryness on the finish
Overall: I’m really digging this one. Inexcusably this is my first beer from these folks after hearing many good things about them so when I spotted this, I had to try it and my single can was so good, I went back and grabbed a 4pk. The hop combo is right up my alley and executed extremely well as it brings elements from all five hop varietals to the table in a way that accentuates one another a makes a delicious, well-made IPA that is greater than the sum of its parts. Highly recommended

Canned 2 weeks back, from Uptown Market.
A clear light orange with a dense, off-white head with good retention and lacing. On the nose, the Simcoe and Mosaic shine, bright, pungent, mildly catty, with the Centennial adding a citrus note to go with gooseberry. No real malt presence here, just glorious hops. The palate opens beautifully with a deep hop profile with modern and classic WCIPA characteristics. Mildly juicy, mildly dank with pine, peach, grapefruit, a touch of weed. The dank Mosaic notes grow as the beer warms up and is just lovely and makes me excited for fresh hop season. Minimal malt character, the focus is on the hops here. Modern tropical notes follow. Drying, bitter, clean finish. The final pour, with a little yeast, is a little less clean, but otherwise, this is excellent.
