Beach Cowboy is an unattractive murky yellow with no head nor lacing. Fortunately, it tastes great. It's got a good balance of tropical fruits, mostly guava and mango, to me. The aroma is somewhat understated, but the taste is not. It's somewhat tart, but not really sour or mouth-puckering. I think I'm getting some barrel influence, but maybe I'm imagining that. It's not sweet, not much at all.
Overall, it's a refreshing fruity beer, well worth seeking out.
