Hops are Galaxy, Simcoe, and Mosaic.
An ode to the classic American IPA, with a new age twist. Just a touch of traditional piney & resinous flavor, balanced off with tropical & citrus fruit aromas.

Pours an effervescent gold with a thumb of pearl colored head. Pretty good head retention & nice lacing
S: Catty, some onion notes
T: Follows the nose, dry, slight breadyness, hints of pine, pomelo & grapefruit upfront. Catty/weedy, dry with citrus notes, bready notes as well as this beer warms up. Finishes dry with a little onion, pomelo, sweet breadyness & some nectarine
MF: Medium body, moderate carbonation, good balance
Nice stab at the style, great drinkability

Clear dark yellow brew with plenty of foam in the tulip. Seriously bitter from the start with resins and dark woody stuff. I don't know what the "New Age twist" is but it's not for the better. There is a lot of fruit to start, but it's like canned peaches that got an overdose of Angostura Bitters. Overall this is barely drinkable even with all the aromatics. Otherwise well made, sudsy, and pleasant mouthfeel if you ignore the taste. From the 16 oz can purchased at Town & Country market in Shoreline. Dated 22 Oct 2024 so it's fresh, mostly.
