West Coast Pilsner. Pours a clear golden amber with plenty of foam in the Chimay chalice. Mild grainy aroma with green melon in the nose. Light and spritzy on the tongue. Taste is an interesting red grape with a touch of melon. Pleasantly aromatic and a fine quaff, light and elegant all around. Actually, this is one of the better new Pilsner-style Lagers from the abundant supply this past year. Lightly but distinctly hopped with a substantial touch of malt. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated July 1 2024.
