Lovely aroma of melon and peach. Taste starts out with some malt but is tangy and crisp. Light body, just slightly sweet, and nicely spritzy. Flavors of green apricot and just a touch of citrus. It's really a nice hop combination and not overdosed. Finishes with the resiny darkness but moderate bitterness. Overall one of the better Pilsners this year. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 10 FEB 2025.
