Featuring a hop duo of the classic Centennial and the modern Strata, this West Coast Pils is pale and easy on the palate, with notes of grapefruit, berries, and pine.

Nearly clear golden amber brew with plenty of foam in the goblet. Aromatic with straw and grapefruit. The taste is predominately grapefruit and plenty bitter in the aftertaste. Mouthfeel is light and sudsy with a sharp finish. Not a lot else you can say. Overall this is on the austere side with the bitterness and dry finish. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 23 OCT 2025.
