Radiance is an early season Fresh Hop Beer showcasing notes of ripe peach and lychee. Using some of the first hops harvested in the valley, we loaded this release up with Centennial, Amarillo, Simcoe, and Strata hops used as both wet hops and freshly kilned hops turned into our housemade Fresh AF Pellets.
Thanks to Wenas Hop Company, Virgil Gamache Farms, Sauve & Son Farms, and Loftus Ranches, whose hops are all featured in this celebration of the start of the season.

This is rather hazy with a modest foam in the chalice. Inviting fruity and tangy aroma. Taste is more juicy than anything else, like a hazy NEIPA. But the flavors are more clean and less acidic. Flavors emerge of dark grapes, peach, papaya, and pineapple-orange juice. Overall this is a highly flavorful version of a fresh hop brew. It's not overly bitter and the aromatic are quite legit. From the 16 oz can purchased at the beer store. No date but label says it's the 2025 harvest.
