Mesquite Bean Brown is an English-style brown ale with a twist. In addition to the malted barley, Mesquite bean seed pods are used in the process, giving this beer a unique vanilla/spice like finish. Horny Toad was the first brewery in the world to brew with mesquite beans!

look: 4 | smell: 4 | taste: 3.5 | feel: 3 | overall: 3.75
From tap. Pours amber in color, ruby when held up to the light, accompanied by a tan two-finger head with good retention. Smells of caramel, toasty malts, nutty. Taste follows the nose, has a savory aftertaste. I’d say it’s light-bodied, has a thin feel to it, medium carbonation. Super stoked i got to try this one out from one of the local breweries around my area, cheers!
