Golden sour aged in white oak foeder on Missouri peaches. Pretty good all around, color is hazy peach, little to no head. Smells like apple cider and champagne. Tastes like peach pie with a buttery finish. Almost like a cider, but the funk comes through just enough. Solid 6.6% ABV to boot.
