Poured from 500-ml bottle into a Spiegelau Adina beer goblet. Hazy pale yellow colored body, with a fair amount of "floaties" and no head to speak of. A continuous stream of bubbles rises from the nucleation points in the bottom of this glass. No flavorings to distract from the base beer, which is a very clean and crisp lip-smacking sour. There is a hint of stockyard (no, really) funk on the nose and an unmistakable umami note on the palate. The sourness fades rapidly to a dry finish that begs for another sip. Overall, an excellent beer and highly recommended.
