It's like a cow's opinion...it's a Moo Point. This milk stout was brewed with a decadent amount of chocolate malt then finished with a ton of Mexican vanilla.

Pours black with a finger of tan foam. Aroma is roasty and toasty malts with an even dose of vanilla. Lactose sings in the back, adding further sweetness. Flavor profile is roasty and toasty malts with vanilla bean, cocoa, molasses, and toffee to build up the sweetness. Not overly sweet, but it develops a vanilla cola taste at the close. It starts off strong. Mouth feel is medium in thickness. It's a smooth, creamy start that develops some light grittiness at the close. Overall, a little unbalanced in the nose, but the lactose and vanilla additions help recover some of the unbalance.
