City Pils is a rotating pilsner series. We highlight the many flavorful way to brew crisp clean lager as well as highlight a street in Kansas City. This version is a Czech Premium Pale Lager, Brewed with the finest Czech Saaz hops.

Pours a transparent light honey color with a finger of white foam. Aroma is biscuity, crackery, and wafery with light grassy hops behind. It leads with the boney structure of malts. Flavor profile features that same malt forwardness, with crackery and bready malts leading out light grassy and zesty hops. Mild butter sits behind. It's dry, with a few shavings of oak helping dry up the finish. Mouth feel is medium-thin with a soft crispness - never harsh. Overall, crisp, soft, and dry with some soft hop forwardness to keep the intrigue over other standard pilsners.
