City Barrel Brewing

Pours a pale yellow with heavy fog to the transparency. Head is a finger of white foam. Aroma is tropical fruits with a notable green bite at the end. It's sweet up front, but that bite pulls it back to reality quickly. Flavor profile is orange zest, papaya, tangerine, and late grapefruit. Zesty tropical fruit here, not necessarily sugary-sweet. Mild hop bite in the middle. Mouth feel is medium in thickness with a chalky texture. Overall, big bite, with rindy green behind. It's hop city, but a little abrasive.
