BOOM is our ballad to the world of Citra Hops. Brewed with an experimental hop product called Citra Incognito, dry hopped with a bunch of Citra hops and fermented in our Missouri White Oak Foeder. Welcome to the Party.

16oz can from Tavour. First time trying this brewery. Hazy golden pour with a one-finger white head. Citrusy aroma, orange juice, touch of grapefruit peel. Taste is a juicy citrus blend of orange, grapefruit and pineapple. Tails off at the finish and seems a little thin.

Pale yellow hazy body with a sudsy white head and crowned lacing. Big citra hops with tons of grapefruit, lime and orange in the nose, but then an earthy wood is underneath, weird but pleasant. Taste has this same approach, not a super complex beer, but I found the oak to mute the hop fruits a bit, creating an earthy almost nugget like hop flavoring with the citra, not overly hoppy. Feel is the real achilles heal though, thin, bright, wispy, not enough bitter or juice.
