A 750ml corked and capped bottle. Bottled in March 2022. Poured into a Tilquin stemmed glass.
Appearance: A hazy golden colour with a one finger white head that dissipated fairly quickly to a ring around the glass, while leaving some lacing.
Aroma: Fruity, tart, apricot, lemon zest, funky, plum, with notes of wood.
Taste: Sour, tart, apricot, plum, grapefruit zest, wood, and some light funk.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: Nice fruitiness with the apricot being more noticeable versus the plum. Combined with the good carbonation, it made for a refreshing drink.
