Sour Ale with Plum, Cardamom and Rose Water
Pours an opaque, faded rose. Floral nose complemented by flavors of chai and fermented lime. Finishes tart and dry.
Brewed with Maris Otter, Vienna malt, raw wheat, flaked and malted oats. Dry hopped with Amarillo pellets and Mosaic powder.

16oz can served in a Cantillon glass. I don't see a date on it.
Pours a pinkish amber with a small head and lots of carbonation. Slightly hazy. Smell is interesting. Tart, cardamom, something mildly fruity or floral in the background.
Taste is tart, bitter, cardamom comes across strongly in the aftertaste, maybe the plum is detectable.
Mouthfeel is light and dry. Overall, not bad.

Am I dumb for liking this beer? Smells of cat piss, I almost can't believe the smell- the description mentions rose water and lime which I get, but maybe idk, it conjures litter box vibes. Looks great, pink haze. The taste is really nice- stealthy bitterness under a huge tart plum. I also am not super familiar with cardamom but there is a nutty spice and soft hop presence. Feel is amazing, super bubbly, salty pucker.
