This golden saison spent 9 months in an American Oak Foeder with a mixed culture of French Saison along with brett, pedio, and lacto. Saison phenolics blend with the vanilla and coconut from the oak, and finishes tart and smooth.

Light colored gold. Almost no head or lacing.
Smell:
Light funkiness, oak
Taste;
Funks, tart, and oak are a bit more potent.
Feel:
Medium bodied, dry, medium carbonation, refreshing.
Overall:
Very enjoyable, perfect for outdoor day drinking =)
