Large, fine head and carbonation. Classic Belgian esters and fruity notes. Quite good!

Pale golden color, fairly clear. Pours a decent sized head with reasonably good retention.

Bit of a citrus orange & pepper kind of aroma.

Pretty gently drinking for a saison. In some ways tastes like a lower gravity tripel to me at first. Has a slight candy sweetness up front, peppery spice midmouth, and an interesting tartness on the finish. Also a bit drying in the finish. Definitely drinks to encourage another sip.

Light to medium body and medium-high carbonation. Definitely one of the better carbonated cans of Silver Branch that I've had to date - hopefully a sign of what is to come. Carbonation helps scrub the palate in this one.

Saison is such a wild card I had no idea what to expect, but should have known to expect a highly drinkable interpretation from this brewery. Agree with an earlier review that at a slightly lower ABV would make for a nice summer beer.

Hazy, on the darker side of straw, generous white head, ok retention, nice rings of lace.
Very fruity, citrusy coriander is evident, as well as the tropical fruit notes from the yeast. A bit of spice and hay in the background, as well as a touch of barnyard.
Crisp, generic tropical fruit, some breadiness from malt, a touch peppery, which carries through to the finish.
Very light bodied and refreshing, could stand a touch more carbonation.
I dig it. If they toned down the ABV, would be a great summer beer.
