Hazed pale yellow appearance with a large, fast fading white head and a fair amount of lacing. Aroma developed distinct yeasty characteristics along side some fruit (peach, lemon). Taste was a bit grainy, lightly spiced with more of the same fruit from the aroma. Medium bodied, well carbonated mouthfeel. Finish is dry and slightly herbal.

Poured from the can into a tulip style glass.
Beaming orange body, opaque but with little yellow hued lemon color edges along the sides of the glass. Frothy and a little soupy looking head forming real nicely out of the can with sheets of cascading lacing, bright as white can be. Real solid looking saison.
Pasty smelling nose, touching faint hits of brett with faint herbal notes. Minimal aroma coming off, somewhat closed and more of a simple malt backbone lacking complexity or diversity. Solid but kind of bland.
Palate sticks to basics. Soft bodied with a faint touch of honey like malt without the sweetness. Minimal herbal touches of faint grass in the mid palate, a finish of flat pepper that is just fleeting. After some time there's a bit of fruit lemon and candy like quality.
Has that bready kind mild funky quality but some of the unique flavors don't really seem to last long to really enjoy with perhaps the finish as an exception. Still pretty drinkable and enjoyable.

Hazy gold, dense white head, good retention and lace.
A lot of clove and pepper phenols, some banana, citrus and melon in the background
Banana and melon flavor, along with clove and pepper. It's kinda jarring, but not off-putting. I mean, I can dig banana and clove, or melon and pepper (might just be a southern thing), but all together? It works, but takes some getting used to through the glass.
Clean and crisp mouthfeel, but satisfying. Could use more carbonation, but it's in a can
Good enough saison

Fairly pale golden color, a bit cloudy. Pours moderate sized white head, creamy and with some retention.
Slightly sweet aroma with hints of clove and a subtle pepper.
A bit malty and sweet, and with some citrus (orange) and clove. Overall flavor profile seems a bit too sweet for me - carries some sweetness into the finish, but there it is balanced by some of the phenolics and a hint of tartness.
Medium body and med-high carbonation. Carbonation not quite enough to dry out the finish, though.
Overall is a pleasant, easy drinking beer. A bit too much residual sweetness makes it feel out of style.
