One sip and you'll be grinning ear to ear as well! A classic ESB brewed with prized heirloom Maris Otter malt and Target and Willamette hops, Cheshire Grin would be at home in any cozy British pub. The simple pleasure of enjoying this honest brew is as magical as Alice's most wonderous adventure.

Surprisingly big and handsome cream colored head and a nose based in malt but laced with noble and herbal style hops. Pretty good imitation of the style but could use a little more body in the flavor. Well balanced with some nice creaminess in the finish, especially as it is allowed to warm a little. I have generally good luck with this brewer but not everyone is an ESB fan so your mileage may vary.

Cloudy amber body with a medium size off white head and good lacing. Herbal hop aroma buffered by bready malts. Taste is moderately bitter while still displaying the herbal attributes. Turns a little spicier in the aftertaste. Medium bodied mouthfeel with low carbonation. Pleasant brew; nothing over-the-top but enough nuances and subtleties to keep things interesting.

Nitro can!
Slightly hazy deep gold, big tan head, good retention, spotty lace
Spicy, herbal, slightly citrusy hop aroma with biscuity malt underneath
Biscuity, spicy and herbal, lingering bitterness
Slightly more than medium bodied, nitro helps keep it smooth
Tasty!
