A cream ale with roasted hatch chiles, Milli Vachilli does a great service to the beer world by making a chile beer where you can pull apart the cream ale base from the chiles. I love roasted hatch chiles, and its all there in the aroma, without adding any of the spiciness found in other chile infused beers. It's a great alternative to hoppy beers, as it brings a pleasing sensation of spice to contrast the lightly sweet base beer.
