Poured a dark muddy brown with minimal khaki head that sticks around. The aroma is "Bacony" (per wife): a meaty, smoky aroma that is pleasing. A little thin, almost watery at times, for style, but beer maintains a smokiness that you expect from a rauchbier and is worth trying.
