Moderately cloudy, pale straw colored body. Lots of foam with the multiple pours needed to fill the glass. Leaves a thin, tight white head. Leaves behind big cloud banks of lacing.
Aroma of lightly toasted malts and grassy hops.
Taste is mostly about the flavors of a pear, with a slight citrus tang (wheat malt).
Fuller mouth feel, with some dryness. Excellent carbonation.
There seems to be a current wave of brewers dong this style of beer. However Drastic Measures's version meets the style criteria, it is a very tasty brew.
