Our annual collaboration with Hellbender Brewing Company! This kettle soured beer is loaded with tropical fruit flavors of Guava and Raspberry combined with a fruity Norwegian Farmhouse ale yeast. The sourness is balanced out with a touch of Sel-Gris salt, a critical flavor component of the Gose beer style.
