Kettle soured with Nancy’s Organic Yogurt, this tart wheat ale underwent a secondary fermentation with tart cherry puree from Oregon Specialty Fruits. This beer displays flavors and aromas of tart cherry, pie crust, and a hint of allspice. Clean lactic acid tartness on the finish.
