This is apparently the same IPA as last years 2100: A Spruce Odyssey, which I did not realize when I made this entry. It does seem to have been renamed to a less referential, more generic name (loved the old one).
Like last year's the fresh spruce opens up on popping the can and lingers while pouring, very nice. The rest of the tasting paralleled last year and I enjoyed it as much. This one charmed me again with the delicious and outdoor redolent spruce as well as being a hazy with moderate, but satisfactory bitterness. The earlier review is accurate for this too. This would have been an easy choice for an annual seasonal beer for me, but alas, Best of Hands has announced they are closing. They will be missed.
