Best American kellerbier I've had. More amber and marzen-like than a pale, and slightly cloudy. Very assertive hop character, with a slight sulfurous touch, while maintaining a smooth drinkability and plenty of yeasty cracker and malt backbone. Strong flavors for a style that often gives a somewhat diluted impression on the front palate.
