Appearance - The beer poured a rich black color with a tan head.
Smell - I would have expected some spice in the nose, but I detected chocolate forward nose with a hint of cinnamon.
Taste - The beer tasted like a chocolate dipped cinnamon cookie. There was really not much heat otger than the cinnamon spice. The profile almost seemed more like a Christmas cookie than a burrito. The raisin aftertaste was burdensome after a while.
Mouthfeel - In terms of viscosity, this was a nice thick stout.
Overall - I don’t feel like I got what the label advertised with this beer.

Tasted in a snifter from draft at Riverlands Brewing Co on July 19, 2019. Mexican hot chocolate inspired stout made with chili peppers, cinnamon, cocao nibs and vanilla. Smell is sweet and smokey. Taste is chocolate, cinnamon, dark fruit and some habanero heat. Feel is dry.

Midnight black with a tan ring. Smell has rich cocoa and vanilla, with sharp cinnamon and peppers. Taste is dominated by the pepper, and to a lesser degree the cinnamon and cocoa. Feel is spicy, dry, and sweet. Better representations of this style of their, but if you like them spicy, give it a try!

Had this on tap at the brewery. This is a stout with cinnamon, habanero peppers, coca nibs, and vanilla. This was good but the habanero dominated the taste. Still it was smokey and had a nice full mouthfeel. Overall it was very good.
