Peace and Quiet is an American Porter, brewed to be robust and roasty. Enso, meaning “circle of togetherness,” is both an image and a practice found in Zen Buddhism. Symbolizing beauty in the imperfect, interconnectedness, and the art of letting go, the idea is to create a circle or spiral in one single motion. To truly be in the moment. Focused and present. At peace with yourself , and your surroundings.

L: cola colored body with a thin, tan colored head
S: vanilla, chocolate, mild roast
T: chocolate & vanilla, roast & char, cola, caramel, dark grain, prune, earthy hops
F: medium body, ample carbonation, bitter finish with roast and earthy hop along with an odd artificial vanilla extract taste
O: did not meet expectations. I assume the same is true for Buddhism. Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life!
