Acid Rainbow is our "Sherbet Style" series of kettle soured ales, exhibiting most of the colors of the rainbow from the massive fruit additions added (maybe all one day, I'm looking at you, blue beer). The color and flavor will obviously vary depending on what fruits were used, but all beers in this series share the same base and use of lactose sugar and vanilla.
This version of Acid Rainbow contains 2 and a half pounds of fruit per gallon consisting of Mango, Pineapple, and Passion Fruit.

**Note: they call this Acid Prism: Tropical Storm now**
Canned 6/26/20; drank 8/25/20 @ the Yarchives.
Cloudy yellow/orange appearance.
A rough pour yielded a nice white head; no lace.
Mango, passionfruit, faint pineapple & faint cream notes in the nose.
Thin mouthfeel.
Tart passionfruit & mango flavors up front; faint notes of cream & pineapple on the finish.
This seemed very slight; it was fruity but not substantial. Good pool beer on a hot day, maybe? Not one I'll revisit.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
