Acid Rainbow is our "Sherbet Style" series of kettle soured ales, exhibiting most of the colors of the rainbow from the massive fruit additions added and silky smoothness from added lactose sugar and vanilla. This version of Acid Rainbow contains 2 pounds of fruit per gallon consisting of Blood Orange, and Tangerine!

Pours like fizzy orange juice, so they're on the mark with the mimosa reference. Flavorwise as well, with the blood orange being a nice touch. My only complaint is a slight touch of butyric acid on the nose, but that disappears on the palate, thankfully.

Poured from a crowler. Pale popsicle orange, no head. Blood orange and tangerine indeed, with slight fruity booze and table sugar. Taste follows the nose exactly, very tangy and refreshing, the blood orange makes it for me, cuts in briefly to stop it from being too sweet. Tropical drink feel: bright, refreshing, with a tangy middle and a sweet finish. The wife loved it
