Fruited sour ale with raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, vanilla and milk sugar. Our Acid Prism is a companion series to Acid Rainbow. We took the same base beer and fruit combinations, but unlike in Acid Rainbow, we allowed those fruit sugars to ferment. This means that we are able to package this delicious sour ale. Slightly lighter in body and a touch drier than its Rainbow counterpart, Acid Prism still has loads of fruit flavor and is a refreshing, juice like beer.

Tasted in a Rastal Teku from a one pint can on February 7, 2020. Fruited sour with raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, vanilla and milk sugar. Delicious.

Released 9/20/19; drank 10/13/19 @ the Yarchives.
Opaque purple appearance.
A rough pour yielded a small, bubbly off-white head; almost no lace.
Raspberry, blueberry, honeyed grain & faint strawberry notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Raspberry & blueberry flavors up front; tart strawberry & mild honeyed wheat notes on the finish.
A pleasant fruit beer that I'd have again.
