Barrel aged version of our Imperial Stout, Secret Burrito. This stout was aged on cocoa nibs, cinnamon, vanilla, as well as a combination of Ancho, Guajillo, and Habanero chili peppers. Notes of cinnamon and chocolate are front and center while the peppers leave a subtle tingling heat..

Drank 2/21/21
Smooth bourbon barrel. Lots of chocolate. Peppers are good and aren’t overly hot; they add a nice smoke note. Hint vanilla. Hint of cinnamon. Not motor oil, but thick enough. Great texture. Very balanced. Barrel treatment made base beer much better!
