Canned 3/4/21; drank 3/29/21 @ the Yarchives.
Opaque, dull orange/yellow appearance.
A rough pour yielded a big off-white head; strong tree-rung lace.
Table sugar, baking soda, mild carboard & faint grapefruit notes in the nose. Not real inviting.
Thick, sticky mouthfeel.
Baking soda & mild grapefruit flavors up front; cardboard, table sugar & faint lemon notes on the finish. Booze heat emerged as this warmed.
This more resembled an arson insurance scam than a true anniversary celebration; I've liked a lot of Riverside beers but this was a colossal misfire.

This triple IPA was brewed for Riverlands second anniversary. This one uses Mosaic, Galaxy, and Motueka hops and come in at 10% ABV. It has a really nice citrus taste up front and is pretty dank. Pretty smooth and really hides the alcohol very well.
