Imperial stout brewed with caramelized plantains, vanilla, and cinnamon.
This monster of a stout was brewed in collaboration with our friends at The Midwest Brew Review. Expect deep, rich chocolate overtones with plenty of banana, and just enough cinnamon to make things even more interesting.

Chocolate banana bread, yes please. Tons of sweet, sticky banana with a good dose of chocolate. Really enjoyed it. Great mouthfeel and hides its high abv with ease.

Thick pour with minimal head, no residual lacing. Fried plantains dusted with cinnamon on the nose, joined by some toasted walnuts, pudding, prune, and red wine tannins on the flavor profile.

Taste: non sweet caramelized plantains, some vanilla, and cinnamon, earthy, with a warm boozy finish. Same with the nose.
Black/brown hue, opaque, smaller head and lace. Full body. It is a sipper.

Had on tap. Caramel brown perforates the light black body, tan head. Heavily roasted malts with chocolate syrup and cinnamon in the nose. Taste has a cornmeal like flavor, almost like the plantain got overdone because it is no where in sight, has light cinnamon with it, heavily roasted malt and sickly sweet chocolate syrup atop this. Feel is super heavy, sweet and thick but not in a viscous way, rather more solid.
