Imperial S'mores Stout aged in Bourbon Barrels. We took our Imperial Stout Campfire Tales and aged it in some freshly dumped bourbon barrels. After barrel aging, we further tank aged the beer on Graham crackers, cocoa nibs, toasted marshmallow, and vanilla.

Somehow epitomizes the taste of chewiness. The best attempt at a boozy s'more I've had, with good barrel character, a ton of milk chocolate, and some fluffy vanilla and milk sugars. There's a semblance of graham cracker on the finish, with honey and a very slight touch of cinnamon. Thinner than I would expect for a barrel-aged 14% ABV stout, but that's a minor quibble; the texture is still mouth-coating, and the alcoholic heat is well-hidden.
