French Country Lager brewed with Barbe Rouge hops. This beer is a collaboration with our friends at Penrose Brewing Company and named for the majestic Alsace region of France. This is the scenic site for the majority of France's hop fields, including where the new and unique Barbe Rogue variety is grown.

Canned 12/30/21; drank 1/17/21 @ the Yarchives.
See-through orange rust appearance.
A rough pour yielded a huge khaki head; strong lacing.
Honeyed grain, sweet corn & mild yeast funk in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Honeyed grains & fresh corn on the cob flavors up front; a faint yeast funk on the finish.
A well-rounded, delicious beer.
