Pours a viscous, oily, jet-black body capped with just over a finger of dark khaki-hued foam; decent head retention leaves a slight, creamy cap and collar, and minimal-no lacing clinging to the walls of the glass.
Aromas of coconut brownie open as creamy peanut butter coats prickly barrel, leaving a soft, residual char balancing the bouquet over time.
Taste brings fresh dark cocoa brownie sporting a touch of toasted coconut, with charry peanut butter crusting over barrel vanillins on the mid-palate, phasing through a healthy char as a coconut and peanut butter swirl remain in-flux on the exhale.
Mouthfeel shows a full body with thick, silky textures in place of minimal-no carbonation, dispersing a soft warmth underscoring a slight prickle past the mid-palate as a distantly sticky overtone becomes slightly more prominent toward the finish.
Tempered coconut is integral to peanut butter variance, expressed in silky waves of barrel-tinged baked goods with enough of a roast profile to effectively counterbalance.
