This beer is a blend or wort (source undisclosed) and wild yeast from the micro climate of the east side of Seneca Lake, which provides a terroir unique to this blendery, and each batch. The brewer calls this one a Petite Farmhouse Ale.

SRM 1-2 (Clear straw). Lazy columns of medium sized carbonation produce a brief, yet impressive, white head that turns into a veil. Added yeast transforms the beer to an opalescent cloud that becomes homogeneous after a minute.
The aroma opens with peppercorns and old leather books. The PBGC American Lager Pint later reveals lemon, which turns to lemon curd after the yeast is added. The whole experience is reminiscent of my Grandfather's desk.
Mild sweetness upon opening, with a very familiar, yet just out of reach, flavor, somewhat reminiscent of a memory from childhood. Light tartness reveals delicate lemon and sourdough. Light peppercorns come in late, while added yeast delivers light earthiness.
The body is ethereally light with a satin texture. There is absolutely no sense of alcohol and the carbonation is light and fizzy.
This bottle is labeled "Blend #1". It is a very pleasant and mild beer. I drank the bottle on a cool, late Spring afternoon while relaxing on the deck. This would be exquisite on a warm Summer day.
