Waves is our house culture fermented Saison, with Hibiscus, Rooibos Tea, Rose Hips and Rose Petals. This beer was inspired by herbal tea, and balances the herbal, floral, and spicy blend with a touch of perceived sweetness from the rose hips. The hibscus and rooibos add a beautiful deep pink/red color!
