Bought from Sydney's Oak Barrel. My first from Atrium, a six year old with 12+ beer awards including Belgium's best new brewer in 2019. That's impressive for a young husband and wife team. But there was no English button on their website, so I'll give them a proper micro-review when they get that. In the meantime, I give them very good Overall Hugs for being a child prodigy.
Onyx Looks impressive, big tan foam on a black bod. Smells are mostly chocolate malt with some herbs in the back of my nose. Tastes are balanced, particularly for the 70 IBU listed on the label. Feel was medium in a style that I prefer more viscous. I will try their other fare.

A - Pours the classic oily dark black colour. Absolutely no light visible through this beer. The head retains reasonably well and laces
S – Big aromas of chocolate malts, toffee, coffee probably characterised best by Chocolate Brownie. Awesome !
T – Massive stout this one. Marshmallow, Toffee, Chocolate and deep lingering smooth vanilla.
M – full body and light carbonation.
O – Top shelf stout. If you like Black Albert this one is even better.
