A - Pours the classic hazy honeycomb colour with a thick White head that laces a stays the distance. Impressive.
S – Bit of a let down, but there are Lemon phenols and sherbet aromas present.
T – Quite nice lemon and sherbet flavours much like the aroma. The finish is a little earthy with decent bitter balance.
M – Light to medium body and low to medium carbonation. Perfect
O – Won’t blow your sock off like a Dupont or Fantome but it is a very solid traditional Saison.
